Further out towards the sea, you’ll find the Gustavian Hall and Bravalla Hall — two rooms that together form a grand and historic event venue. The Gustavian Hall exudes classic elegance with soft colors, mirrors, and proportions that enhance the room’s dignity. Perfect for dinners and smaller ceremonies where solemnity and reflection are given space.
The Bravalla Hall adds drama and magnificence. Its name brings to mind the mythical Battle of Bråvalla, a battle filled with power, struggle, and destiny. The large painting adorning the walls is a replica, but the story lives on in the room. This is where the royal inauguration took place, and the hall is still built for grand moments. With high ceilings, grand proportions, and the play of light, the Bravalla Hall becomes the stage for balls, magnificent dinners, and ceremonies where history feels present in every moment.
Together, the Gustavian Hall and Bravalla Hall create a contrast between serene elegance and dramatic solemnity — a historic event venue where every moment can become significant.

The painting that runs along the walls of the Bravalla Hall depicts the mythical battle — horses, shields, and banners in a landscape of fallen and victorious. The version covering the hall’s walls is a replica; the story remains the same. Yet, it’s hard to stand here without feeling the battle still raging in the room.

The windows of the banquet suite let in both afternoon light and views. Over a year the room changes character, spring, summer, autumn and winter, and each season gives the dinner its own backdrop. It is the same light that has followed Solliden’s gatherings for generations.
