Terms for cancellation and rebooking of the Christmas feast at Solliden.
Cancellation or rebooking of the entire group must be made no later than 14 days before the booked date via email. Cancellations later than 14 days before will incur a fee of 500 SEK per person.
If the booking is not cancelled and the guests do not show up, the full Christmas feast price for the date will be charged.
The number of guests may be reduced by up to 50% of the original number, provided notice is given no later than 4 days before the visit. Later notice incurs a fee of 500 SEK per missing guest.
Cancellation or rebooking of the entire group must be made no later than 30 days before the booked date via email. Cancellations later than 30 days before the visit will incur a fee of 500 SEK per person.
If the booking is not cancelled and the guests do not show up, the full Christmas feast price for the date will be charged.
The number of guests may be reduced by up to 30% of the original number, provided notice is given no later than 10 days before the visit. Later reductions incur a fee of 500 SEK per missing guest.

For cancellations later than 60 days before the visit, the advance payment of 795 SEK per person is not refunded. If no advance payment has been made, 795 SEK per person will be charged.
The number of guests may be reduced by up to 15% of the original number, provided notice is given no later than 14 days before the visit. Later notice incurs a fee of 795 SEK per missing guest.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations by telephone. Cancellations and/or updates to the number of guests are made solely via jul@sollidenpaskansen.se. A cancellation confirmation will be sent by email once we have processed your cancellation. If you do not receive such a confirmation, the booking is still active and has not been cancelled – please contact us directly.

We are entirely cashless at Solliden. You can pay with Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Please note that the entire bill must be settled on site. When splitting payment across more than two cards, this is done via digital purchase, and the person who booked the table is responsible for ensuring the full bill is paid.
At the time of booking, an advance invoice corresponding to 795 SEK per booked guest will be sent.
